We collect basic account, contact, profile, and usage information needed to provide the kLinQ. ™ service. This may include names, emails, profile links, logos, uploaded images, click activity, and subscription details.
We use this information to operate accounts, display profiles, support customers, improve the service, and process subscriptions. We do not sell personal information.
When a public kLinQ. profile is viewed or a kLinQ. link is selected, we may record the event time, link selected, device category, browser, operating system, referring source, landing path, and approximate country, region, or city when that information is supplied by the hosting or network provider. For audience counting, kLinQ. uses a pseudonymous visitor hash and does not store the visitor’s raw IP address in the profile analytics event.
Profile owners receive aggregated reporting intended to measure profile traffic and outbound engagement. kLinQ. cannot confirm actions completed after a visitor leaves the platform, such as an Instagram follow or a submitted Google review.
kLinQ.™ sends transactional SMS only after affirmative consent. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent records and delivery logs may be retained for security, support, and compliance. See SMS Terms.
